Nose: Cherry, Turkish delight, dark chocolate, honeyed malt, orchard fruit and a touch of toasted almond. The wine cask adds subtle berry-and-tannin undercurrents alongside Arrans cereal base. Palate: Creamy and rich. Flavours of poached pears, dark cherries, strawberry licorice, honey, and mild spice.

Theres an underlying malt sweetness with a gentle tannic structure from the wine cask. Finish: Medium to long. Lingering red-fruit echoes, dark chocolate, gentle oak spice and a subtle dryness/tannin note that comes from the Amarone influence.
